Join Temperince for the story of how The Nature Conservancy’s Florida and Caribbean chapters learned new techniques for improving the outcomes of their conservation project portfolios.
Temperince is the Executive Director of the Florida Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. Incorporated as a non-profit in 1951, The Conservancy is the world’s leading conservation organization.
In this (free) webinar, Temperince tells how The Nature Conservancy implemented a new discipline for managing its portfolios of conservation projects. With SmartOrg’s help, The Conservancy adopted techniques from the for-profit sector to treat their conservation programs as product lines, with each project an instance of the product. As a result, The Conservancy’s Florida and Caribbean chapters improved their focus on beneficial outcomes for both nature and people. Temperince will describe SmartOrg’s role in this portfolio management success.
After her prepared presentation, Temperince will be available to answer audience questions.
