SmartOrg joined the Lean Startup 2019 Conference in San Francisco to exchange ideas on how to drive innovation. David Matheson, Ralph Morales III, and Dave Wachenschwanz met hundreds of entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, innovators and educators over the three-day event.
Knowing when to say next
At the invitation of the conference organizers, Ralph Morales III podcasted from the conference (you can listen to the podcast here). Ralph also presented a deep-dive session on Getting Innovation Funded: Matching the Dialect of Investors to the Actions of Innovators (view the presentation slides here).
The SmartOrg team also introduced a new offering from SmartOrg, Innovation Navigator. Innovation Navigator is a set of workshops covering how to recognize the value of evidence in innovation, how to prioritize the evidence of value, and how to match the dialect of innovation to the language of investment to make an investment-grade proposal for corporate innovation.
As you may know, we soft-launched Innovation Navigator at the Lean Startup conference. This new service provides the winning formula for Return on Innovation.
